Holly Bryson is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Reiki Practitioner and Watercolor Artist from Grandview, MB.
Holly is passionate about guiding and empowering women to feel their best naturally, and believes the key to health is found in whole body nutrition – feeding the mind, body and soul. When working with clients, she focuses on using real, whole foods, practicing daily self-care & stress management, adopting a gentle & loving mindset, and using natural supplements, if needed.
Her motivation and business were both born out of her own health struggles. As an adolescent, she battled eating disorders, depression and anxiety. At 24, she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis. She made it her mission to find relief naturally (and has!) and loves helping other women find the same.
Holly graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in April 2018 and completed her Level 1 Reiki training in January 2019. Her areas of special interest include: digestive disorders, autoimmune disease, allergies & mental illness. She has personal experience with postpartum anxiety, candida overgrowth and adrenal dysregulation.
Holly is also a Watercolor Artist. She creates and sells her own greeting cards, bookmarks and prints, and regularly teaches beginner watercolor workshops in the area. She is passionate about using art as a healing tool.
She is married and has a 4 year old daughter, Nellie.
